★I retain the rights of the artworks for portfolio and promotional purposes. The Intellectual Property (IP) of designs and rights to illustrated characters belong to their respective owners.

★Commissions are for personal use only, including profile pictures, non-commercial banners, phone/desktop wallpapers, personal prints and other non-commercial, non-profit uses.

​

★Orders that require Commercial Use will be subjected to additional charges for Commercial Use License. Please email me more for information.

​

★Commissioners/Clients are strictly forbidden to: 

- Trace/reproduce/modify the illustrations in any shape or form
- Claim credit on producing the illustrations
- Reupload/resell final artworks for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), Artificial Intelligence (AI), profit, sales or advertising.

 

★Orders are not first come first serve.

★Clients are highly encouraged to provide visual references of their characters. 

​

★No refunds will be issued for commissions that have been started and completed.

​

★Payments are made in USD via Paypal only. No cryptocurrency.

​

★A maximum of TWO (2) amendments will be allowed during the approval process of the sketch stage, and ONE (1) minor edit once artwork is finished. Extreme changes (i.e. pose/angle/details) will be subjected to additional charges.

★Please inform me ahead of time if the commission is time-sensitive. Rush fees will apply where necessary.

★Turnaround Time: Simple commissions can be completed in a matter of days, but I usually work in the order they're paid for. With this in mind, commissions may have an average wait time of anywhere between two to eight weeks depending on what commissions are lined up and how busy I am. One can expect a draft/sketches within the first 3 weeks. More complex commissions may require a longer wait time, including the communication between myself and the customer. If you are in a rush with a deadline, additional fees can be discussed.

★When using Commercial Use commissioned artworks, clients are required to credit artworks to me in written form (i.e tagged on twitter/instagram in a post containing said art, regardless of the license type).

​

★When using Personal Use commissioned artworks, credits are encouraged and highly appreciated but not required so long as clients adhere to the other T.O.S listed in this website.

​

★Failure to abide by these terms will result in being blacklisted from future commission slots.
